Former Manchester United midfielder Paul Pogba has stepped up his fitness ahead of his professional football comeback with former teammate Paulo Dybala. The 32-year-old is still without a club after serving his ban for testing positive for a prohibited substance.
After leaving Old Trafford, the ex-France international made the return to Serie A with Juventus where he was banned in March 2024. Initially, he was slapped with a four-year suspension for failing the drug test before the Court of Arbitration for Sport reduced the sanction to 18 months after accepting the argument that his ingestion of a banned substance “was not intentional”.
Pogba saw his contract in Italy terminated in November and has been linked with clubs around the world since becoming a free agent and the conclusion of his ban.
The former United midfielder was heavily linked with MLS side Inter Miami after taking his preparations to America.
As he continues his preparations to return to professional football, he took to social media to showcase his workout at a drenched racetrack.
Among those training with Pogba was former Juventus teammate Dybala.

“We are all human, we all have feelings. When that (ban) happened, I realised what life is,” Pogba previously told the Mail following his ban from the sport.
“Paul Pogba — the famous guy — is no more. People were avoiding me. I used to get invited to fashion weeks and events like that.
“Now they were like, ‘We can’t use Pogba’.
“My friends weren’t ringing like the way they were ringing before.
“When people hear doping it’s like they think you want to become the Incredible Hulk.
“That’s how people used to see me. And public opinion means they can say what they want.
