Manchester United are eager to move players on as they aim to recruit the right profiles for Ruben Amorim ahead of his first full season.
Players who spent last season out on loan are expected to be the first to depart, and that includes Jadon Sancho, who was at Stamford Bridge last term.
The Blues qualified for the Champions League and won the UEFA Conference League, but Enzo Maresca was far from pleased with the Englishman’s lack of consistency.
He managed five goals and 10 assists for the London side but only a solitary goal and one assist arrived in the Premier League in 2025.
Where will Jadon Sancho move to?
Despite Chelsea’s obligation to buy for £25 million, they decided to send the England international back to Old Trafford by paying a £5 million penalty after failing to agree on his new wages.
It is clear that he has no future at United and INEOS will be hoping to get rid as soon as possible.
West Ham manager Graham Potter turned down the player as well as the proposal of a potential swap deal involving Mohammed Kudus.
Quite a few Saudi clubs are circling but the former Manchester City academy graduate wants to stay in the English top flight.
There is interest from Brentford, Newcastle and Aston Villa, but the player will be required to take a paycut to move to either of the teams.
Galatasaray enter the race
There is also interest from Juventus, and now, as per Ben Jacobs via The Football Terrace podcast, Galatasaray are in touch with the 20-time English league champions for the attacker.
Paying a transfer fee is not a problem for the Turkish giants, but they cannot afford the United star’s massive wages of £250,000 per week (via capology).
A deal will only be possible if United agree to pay a portion of the player’s wages or if Jadon Sancho agrees to take a pay cut.
Given he turned down Chelsea’s requests, there is very little chance of him accepting a reduced pay packet to play in Turkey.
